Our quest to make the perfect pizza begins with: THE OVEN.Â Made by Forno Bravo, the leading wood fire oven manufacturer in Italy, and fueled by Colorado apple, peach and scrub oak wood. The superior design and qualities of the wood enables oven temperatures to reach 700-800 degrees farenheit which is the ideal for Neapolitan pizza.
